Disconnect both negative terminals on your batteries. 2.)Turn you key to the on position. 3.)Wait 30 minutes minimum. 4.) turn key to off position. 7.) slowly depress accelerator pedal all the way forward then slowly back. Only code it blinks is P1693, what is strange it does not blink the second P done or any other codes. I have checked the fuel drainback valve in the pump, and cracked the lines to make sure the air is out of the lines. I also checked ECM voltage and APPS voltage and even reset it. All wiring seems to be good.
